Afromina orders are packed in a plain, unbranded mailer. Your outer mailer does not carry Afromina product branding.

Any delivery date or delivery window shown at checkout or in tracking information is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier, weather, customs and address-related delays can occur after an order leaves our control.

Address changes

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact support@afromina.com with your order number and relevant details so we can review the issue.

International orders

If international shipping is available to your destination at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-country fees may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
